Step-by-step guide to configure your system and master every feature of webSetFree.

  • 1.1 On the page Profile > My Freelance > Freelance I want to promote my services/products set as ON
  • 1.2 Customer service > At customer location (When I provide service at the customer's location) or At my location (when the customer comes to my location or online)
  • 1.3 Working hours, just enable the day and times that your business will operate (important to show available times for scheduling)
  • 1.4 Save
  • 1.5 More options will appear in the menu where your photo is, My freelance > Dashboard
  • 1.6 My freelance > Dashboard will show your registered business, when there is none just click the button to add business
  • 1.7 Click on your business card and a table will appear with the name of your business and a pencil button (Edit)
  • 1.8 On the Edit business screen all fields are very important to be filled in, but for financial transactions to work correctly it is important to choose your business currency and base time zone.
  • 1.9 SLUG is an abbreviation of your business that makes it easier for your customers to find you as the URL is like: https://websetfree.com/en/details/your_slug
  • 1.10 LOGO important for the business webpage presentation and the same also appears on the personalized invoice for your customer.
  • 2.1 Go to Business Dashboard > Finances > Click the Billing button
  • 2.2 On the page that opens, click the button to create the link and a Stripe page will open
  • 2.3 On this Stripe page you must complete the registration as the platform requests until approved.
  • 2.4 Once approved, when returning to the same page within webSetFree (Business Dashboard > Finances > Click the Billing button), the button that will appear is the dashboard, which indicates it was successfully configured.
  • 2.5 To generate and send the invoice link to the customer, you must generate the invoice first and save it.
  • 3.1 In the menu, My freelance > Dashboard
  • 3.2 In the Services table, click the new service button
  • 3.3 Put a title and description for the Service (these fields will appear to your customers).
  • 3.4 When returning to the dashboard page, click the pencil button to the right of the desired service and fill in the other fields as necessary.
  • 4.1 In the menu, My freelance > Dashboard
  • 4.2 In the Events table, click the new event button
  • 4.3 Put a title and description for the Event (these fields will appear to your customers).
  • 4.4 When returning to the dashboard page, click the pencil button to the right of the desired event and fill in the other fields as necessary.
  • 4.5 For events that are not free, the charge will be made by stripe, and at the time customers buy on webSetFree, the customer receives an email with the link or event data
  • 4.6 The system generates an income transaction for the business responsible for the event indicating Ticket: event name and the customer's email (to facilitate business checking)
  • 5.1 In the menu, My freelance > Finances or on the Business Dashboard click the Financial button
  • 5.2 On the screen that opens (Finances), click the quote button
  • 5.3 The Quotes screen will open, where all generated quotes will appear, click the + Quote button
  • 5.4 A small window will appear which you must fill in with the quote data
  • 5.5 If the customer is already registered, just start typing the email and a filter will appear which will already fill in all the customer's data for the quote.
  • 5.6 You can select the pre-registered service and change its value without problems, but the service needs to be registered in the system and Saved.
  • 5.7 In the quotes table, you can click on the desired quote and deactivate, update when necessary and approve (necessary to be able to generate an invoice)
  • 6.1 In the menu, My freelance > Finances or on the Business Dashboard click the Financial button
  • 6.2 On the screen that opens (Finances), click the invoice button
  • 6.3 The Invoices screen will open, where all generated invoices will appear, click the + Invoice button
  • 6.4 A small window will appear which you must fill in with the invoice data
  • 6.5 If the customer is already registered, just start typing the email and a filter will appear which will already fill in all the customer's data for the invoice.
  • 6.6 If the invoice refers to an approved quote, just select it and all fields already pre-registered in the quote will be registered.
  • 6.7 If there was no registered bank account, just click the + button and in the window that appears, register the bank account.
  • 6.8 After everything is filled in, just save, and in the invoices table click on the desired invoice and at the top the down arrow button will appear indicating to download the invoice PDF
  • 6.9 Next to it there is the link button which once clicked will show a button to generate payment link which once generated can be copied and sent to the customer as you wish or webSetFree sends by email (with webSetFree email) to the email registered by the customer.
  • 6.10 Once paid via the generated link, the system will update the income transaction with the exact date it was paid by the customer indicating the invoice number and customer name.
  • 6.11 If the link expires, just repeat the procedure and generate a new link for that invoice (You will not be able to generate a new link only for invoices that have already been paid)
  • 6.12 For easier organization there is a Sent field which if it is on, means it was sent to the customer.
  • 6.13 Invoice can be deactivated.
  • 7.1 In the menu, My freelance > Finances or on the Business Dashboard click the Financial button
  • 7.2 On the screen that opens (Finances), click the + Bank Account button
  • 7.3 Fill in the public bank account details, as these details will appear on the invoice for the customer when the PDF is generated
  • 8.1 In the menu, My freelance > Dashboard or on the Business Dashboard click the Clients button
  • 8.2 In the window that opens, register the correct customer data, pay attention mainly to email, phone as these are the customer's means of communication which can be done by the system, click save.
  • 8.3 After customer registration, they will appear in the Clients table and the system will send a confirmation email to the customer.
  • 9.1 In the menu, My freelance > Dashboard or on the Business Dashboard click the Team button
  • 9.2 In the window that opens, register the correct collaborator data, pay attention mainly to email, phone as these are the collaborator's means of communication which can be done by the system, click save.
  • 9.3 After collaborator registration, they will appear in the Team table and the system will send a confirmation email to the collaborator.
  • 10.1 In the menu, My freelance > Finances or on the Business Dashboard click the Financial button
  • 10.2 On the screen that opens (Finances), click the Register button
  • 10.3 Fill in a description for the transaction, value and transaction date
  • 10.4 Choose the bank account and transaction category
  • 10.5 If it is income or outcome
  • 10.6 If this transaction repeats monthly, for example entertainment monthly fees, gym, cars, house, etc... just activate the Monthly recurring field and choose the number of months you want the system to generate automatically, so you register only once.
  • 10.7 Save and the transaction will appear on the screen according to the weekly, monthly, annual filter in its respective position compared to the current date.
  • 11.1 In the menu, My freelance > My calendar or on the Business Dashboard click the Agenda button
  • 11.2 Choose the day and time and click and a window will appear where you can choose an active quote (if it refers to a quote) or click the + new quote button and fill in what this appointment refers to.
  • 11.3 Choose Assign to member who will attend this appointment
  • 11.4 Notes field, will be sent only to the collaborator who will attend this appointment
  • 11.5 When saving the appointment the system will send an email to the customer containing the date, time and who will attend them and an email to the collaborator with the customer data and appointment together with the notes field (which has the instructions the business sent)
